Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. Small nick on the Timer/Thermostat.I was able to power on the device using the attached power cord. Display and power on light illuminated.
I was able to set the time and temperature on the Time/Thermostat. The device heated properly to the temperature selected on the Timer/Thermostat. Lowering and raising of the heating plate functions properly as required. No further testing could be completed due to lack of resources.
